i want to tell you all that becarefull on any sportbook using Earthport to process your withdrawal , I'm a bettor on Ladbrokes using a local currency deposit to Earthport account via bank transfer (on local currency) , after a few months, i starting to withdraw my winning via bank transfer, Ladbrokes process my withdrawal using Earthport method, but i had received my winning is not full amount i request, after that i ask Ladbrokes what problem on my withdrawal, they just told me that every withdrawal via earthport will be charge 3% , this is the agreement on Ladbrokes with Earthport. So i feel that i was cheated by Ladbrokes , they no claim any fees will be charge before i deposit and that is the agreement on Ladbrokes with Earthport not Punter with Earthport, so Ladbrokes need to pay the 3% charge. Ladbrokes also dont want to reply any email after they had explain this matter, they just told me that this case was closed and they no any responsibility to pay the fees. now my balance in account still have MYR86000, i think i still need to lost MYR2500 if my balance still process via Earthport method.
