I don't watch TV much anymore except on sundays for NFL football. Basically i watch tv probably at most 2 times a week and if football season is gone, i barely open my television. I also do not have cable tv anymore because i was paying $75 per month for time warner cable and all i ever watched was espn and tnt and the last year or so haven't even watched much at all so cancelled it. I have an old TV that is probably 6 years old and its a 27' Sony but its those big television sets, like those CRT monitors.
My neighbor bought a very nice 40' Samsung LED TV he got on sale for $1000 after rebate on best buy online. The original price was something like $1400 or so but he got it on sale. The thing is he bought it primarily to play those video games like XBOX and PS3. I don't do any of that stuff nor watch movies at home. I basically will be buying the TV just to watch NFL football. I also watch the postseason on baseball and of course the NBA finals as well. The thing is when i was at his home to watch the nba finals game and last week to watch the NFL game on CBS or FOX, the QUALITY WAS AMAZING. It was in HD and it looked really good. He also does not have cable but basic cable so all we get are our regular local channels and pay for basic cable.
I do not want to get a 40' TV because it is very expensive but do want to get something cheaper like a 32' TV. Can someone here recommend me a specific 32' TV that is very good quality wise? I know the best brands are Samsung and Sony and heard some bad things about LG so i will avoid that. I checked amazon and best buy and see they have a lot of 32' Sony Bravia and 32' Samsung. Can someone who has a nice 32' TV tell me what is the specific model they have or what TV to avoid? Does it matter if i get LED or LCD? 1080P or 720P? 60 or 120 Hz? I want the quality of the NFL football games i watch to be like that of my neighbor. Does LCD do that with HD mode or do i need LED? I checked online and see that most of these 32' TV's cost somewhere between $450 to $800. Its around 700-$1400 for the 40' TVs. I don't want to drop $1000 or more on a 40' so i want to get the 32' Tv for now. But does 32' TV's offer the same crystal display in HD like the 40' LED Samsung my neighbor has?
I would like to purchase this TV in a few days so i can hopefully watch Week 3 of the NFL season in HD. Thanks.

I don't even watch tv much and only football season and that is it. No point in buying a big tv if i don't even plan to use it much. I don't even watch movies at home. You probably do for sure with a name like keyboarding. Oh wait your probably don't understand much about money because your parents must pay everything for you
