Does anyone know if Hawaii came ALL the way back home from West Point and is flying again this week, or if they stayed on the mainland the whole time...

our D is a joke. no pass rush, cant stop the run for shit, our best player on D (spencer smith) broke his arm and is out for the season... a 5-8 walk on will now start in his place at safety.
i dont know anything about colorado. how is there d line? if colorado has future NFL DEs and can generate a big pass rush with only 4 guys its gonna be a long day for hawaii.Comment -
how could it not? opposing teams usually have a big upper hand in TOP (esp if they can run the ball), meaning our D is on the field for long periods of time. at high elevation im sure our D will be sucking wind. but our offense will always be good to go. FYI we did hire a new conditioning coach in the off season, and so far we are very pleased with the results.Comment -

they came over early last week before the army game and stayed in vegas; went to west point and then back to vegas. they say the kids are studying before and after practices to keep up with schoolwork.

Hawaii never came home. They stayed in vegas. The play is colorado or no play. Hawaii is so thin on the D side of the ball. A red shirt QB is gonna play some safety and special teams. This kid never played safety since his junior year in high school.Comment -

In this situation over the years if you bet against Hawaii you cashed more often that not. I'm not keen on laying points with all the issue Colorado has. If anything Hawaii money line looks the most attractive play at this point in time. I won't get involved for the game but may venture into the second half wagering.Comment -

CU's QB is very mobile. He has some targets he can hit and if they are not open, he will take off and run thru the UH defense for yardage. Will CU's defense be able to hold UH and stop them from scoring on every drive? Or will this be a back and forth scoring game separated by 7 pts all the way? I have no info about CU's D so maybe others can add to this. Just some things to think about.Comment -
