Do you have a gambling problem
When compulsive gamblers succeed, they gamble to dream still greater dreams. When failing, they gamble in reckless desperation and the depths of their misery are fathomless as their dream world comes crashing down. Sadly, they will struggle back, dream more dreams, and of course suffer more misery. No one can convince them that their great schemes will not someday come true. They believe they will, for without this dream world, life for them would not be tolerable.

I gamble only football both college and pro. At no time does the amounts won or lost ever interfere with daily life. I feel once you have to move bills around or slow stuff due to gabling losses you have a problem. Have no living family members to disappoint so the family is not an issue.

Sounds like you're speaking from experience...and sad. Lottery winners piss it back too, because it's never enough.

The Rx is a another forum for sports betting; I was teasing about the gay part. If you're looking for a partner then PM Big Bollucks--he has a Richard Simmons avatar and desperately needs a boy friend. Do you pitch or catch? Never mind, you two can figure it out.

PS Be a little less obvious over there. The queers here use female avatars-- or Richard Simmons.

No, which is not to say that I don't feel "good" when I win, and "bad" when I lose, even if I know I am managing my bets appropriately.

No matter what anyone votes in this poll, SBR would be nowhere near as successful a business if a majority of us did not in fact have gambling problems.

There are 20 questions that G.A. asks to determine if you have a gambling problem.

It doesn't matter what other people think, IMO it only matters if gambling affects the quality of your life in a negative manner (eg. loss of relatives, jobs, relationships......)

HedgeHog I don't know what your problem is (although I could make a few educated guesses), but you're welcome to PM me after the 25th and we can figure it out (or if you're in or around Florida we can sort it out personally). You've long since quit posting anything even remotely productive, and seem to be using this as another AOL chatroom (on Christmas no less). I feel sorry for you in a lot of ways brother...

That's one hell of a judgment to make in one day of membership, and I couldn't disagree more. Oh well, that's the beauty of having differing opinions I guess.
