how close to another persons screen name can i make new handle/screen name? can i use onloooker, biggboydan, jjgoldz, ganchcrow, SBR_John1, etc., etc.
and how many handles can i use from one ip address?

We have something in our TOS about misrepresenting another individual or brand. Just today we had to change the name of a ghost poster because he used the avatar and unique handle of a well-known poster who wanted to use our board. It's going to be a judgement call and we will review at user request. If someone picks "Bettor78" there will likely be others who choose variations of "Bettor."
We don't have a hard rule when it comes to different posters per household or different handles for different posting functions. Of course contests would be their own ball game, and we may require a valid email address.
