Who got the better of the Garnett deal?
Seems like this is one of those trades thats a huge win win for both sides

Jefferson has a huge huge future and is a stud already avg more than 20/10

Garnett has made the Celts into the team to beat

I think minnesota did. The celtics have to win the finals for it to be a true success and they only have 2-3 years. After that, they will be horrible.

Wolves may be bad now, but have a bright futuer. Jefferson is great and Gomes has massive potential.

we'll have to wait and see but if the celtics win a championship then hands down they did. with 30 teams in the league that's an average of one title every 30 years everything being equal...yeah if the celts pull it off they win big, end of discussion.

Celtics. Clearly. Out of nowhere they're among the favorites for the championship. That won't happen in Minnesota for a very long time. Not with the orange ball.

If the Celts cruise to a title don't we have to say they got the better? All Minny needed the last 10 yrs was another shot creator and a 3ball shooter?

Celtics got a steal in this trade. Jefferson is good, but he's no big-time player. His totals will be inflated because he is now on one of the worst teams in the league.

Garnett should have 5 more solid years in him. Considering where the Celtics were, great trade.

Key for Boston is will Ray Allen stay healthy on those bad ankles. If so, I think they are in the finals.
