if done personally at home your not in violating the DMCA ruels and they are hefty like $100,000 or more
i got local sand which in trouble thier ad on tv the music was cars song shake it up hated the owner from years ago

If you make a video with your phone of the TV showing the game and you put it on youtube it will stay there for a little bit until they found it and remove it.

i think you can add you don't own the rights to the game on your post. i know people do that with music and music videos.
