    No, a spread bet is graded as a push if a player retires, a moneyline bet is graded as a loss dumb shits.

    That is common practice everywhere including at Draftkings where I bet the game.

    Spreqds are pushes if there is a retirement, moneyline bets are action once the first point is played.

    You need a better book if that's the case. Although I've been on both sides of that.
