How do you like your Steaks seasoned...
    Grilling Spice rub I use...

    Garlic Salt
    Pepper
    Oregano

Pretty simple but great flavor on a medium raw New York, Porterhouse or Rib Eye

I also use a wet marinade for Rib Eyes or Thick Chuck Steak (Yeah... Cheap a$$ Chuck Steak works great with this marinade and taste likes a better cut of meat)

    Orange Juice
    Lemon Juice
    Cumin
    Onion Powder
    Garlic Powder
    Salt
    Pepper
    Oregano

      Blackened..

Go to Ruth's Chris or Mortons, how ever they do it is the only way it should be done, if its not that good, you shouldn't bother.

A porterhouse medium rare grilled Pittsburgh Style, as for seasoning, just a little salt and pepper.

one of my favorite cuts of meat is the skirt steak.. i love how the argentinians make it.. i buy it either from an argentinian butcher (not many out here in San Jose.. but in Miami.. a bunch..) or from Whole Foods.. and just rub on a good amount of kosher salt and let sit in a fridge for a few hours.. then i let it sit out covered on the counter for about half and hour to an hour and then i cook it on a super hot bbq.. which i then bring down the heat after the first few mins...

i like to season while grilling or after while eating with some chimichurri sauce

some fried plantains or some black beans and rice.. maybe both and u are looking at a very solid meal

A lot of talk about Morton's in this thread, I've only been about a dozen or so times in my life and will admit it is a great place (porterhouse there is unreal) and the food is top notch, but still feel that the best high quality meal for the price is the hibachi setup at the Japanese steakhouses. You can get lobster, scallops, shrimp, and steak with veggies and fried rice plus soup and salad all for around $30, tastes unreal everytime and not expensive at all for all you get.

Depends on the cut but for most it's simple, Salt and Pepper.

If you have to put A1 on a steak, it's not cooked right

Let your steak soak in Budweiser overnight, then use whatever seasoning you prefer

Lindberg-Snider Porterhouse & Roast seasoning is the best steak seasoning I've had. Ingredients: salt, garlic, onion, black pepper, oregano, corn meal, paprika, celery seed, parsley and rosemary.

Marinade in Italian dressing for a few hours. Doesn't get any better than that.

If I don't want to marinade, it's just something simple - a little onion salt, garlic pepper, and black pepper.

I've actually used the Italian dressing before... Not bad! Works well on thin cut steaks
