    They said tip would be 9pm, but I don't think it tipped off until after 9:15

    They always tip late... usually 15-20 after posted start time

    OTTERS...Hard to find the exact tip-off time last night-- It does seem that NBA games have a tendency
    to start 10+ minutes late. Especially nationally televised games.
    16 minutes late might be a tough argument.
