    How should Alex Smith feel about being shipped out for Mahomes?

    Being benched for Kaep is one thing, but being shipped out to a guy who takes your team to the Super Bowl twice in your career has to devastating. Doesn't mean you are not good, just NOT good enough

    That is NOT a ringing endorsement. Both teams thought he was the second best QB on the team and made a move. Both teams still had second string backups to be taken to the Super Bowl NOT named Alex Smith.

    5 times the QB, which leads one to believe that the coaches that shipped him out are NOT putting the best players on the field every year in a game of meritocracy. Why are teams giving Alex Smith so much rope when he is NOT the best player playing his position?
