Gave Tyson somewhat of a battle at times in 1986, then didn't fight for 7 years. Anyone know why??

I couldn’t find a clip of it but I remember that great clip of ESPN announcer Charlie Steiner laughing uncontrollably when talking about the street fight when Tyson kicked Mitch Green’s ass.Comment -
Mitch "Blood" Green.
When he returned in 1993-- he had a fight, can't remember with who, but the fight was stopped because Green would not throw a punch because he was pissed at the promoter.
In that street fight with Tyson, Tyson broke his hand and had his fight with Frank Bruno postponed.

AFAIK Mike Tyson and Mitch Greene met on the streets with Tyson knocking Greene out cold.
People said Greene was out and fell awkwardly over something so that his legs were up in the air. Must have been very embarrassing for a tough guy like Greene working his work up and trying to make a name for himself.
There was probably a lot of pressure on Greene to win that fight and redeem himself. After Greene lost he might have fallen into a depression or something as people sometimes do when there's a lot of pressure on them to perform and they don't come through.Comment -
Tyson broke one of Andrew Golota's vertabrae in this fight and the people of poland disowned Golota for failing to finish the fight until the truth came out.
