Notre Dame played Georgia last year, a Georgia team who should have won the NC, and only lost by a point. So let's not pretend like ND is going to get killed every time they play a power SEC team or a team like Clemson. Clemson was just a lot better team than them. If they played Georgia, it may be close. Notre Dame deserved to be in the final 4. They played five ranked teams and finished unbeaten. They just lost to a much better team today. Put Ohio State in the final 4 vs. Clemson and same thing probably happens.

Yes I would of rather seen Ohio State or Georgia play Clemson than Notre Dame. They would of at least crossed the goaline. They lost to Purdue but won a conference Title. Tf did Notre Dame do? Win 12 games they were favored to win?
