    Advancements in Training programs, facilities, and we know more about what to put into our bodies and what not to put into our bodies.

    Some of the players back in the day used to smoke cigarettes like they were going out of style, most likely because we didn’t have the research like we do now, on how harmful cigarettes could be. Point being, imagine seeing a professional athlete nowadays walking around a city with a cigarette hanging out of their mouth lol.
