Public probably lose the least in college football. The books cleanup in the NFL and NBA, and the "public" doesnt really bet baseball or hockey.

The books clean up in NFL. Sure tons of people win but there are so many dumb ****s betting that only show up for NFL that they still clean up.

They clean up in college football. They clean up in NBA.

Baseball, college basketball are solid sports for the player but not nearly enough people bet these.

Soccer is killer for books, especially because most people don't bet it unless they know what is what.

That's right. Vegas' moneymaker is NFL. On the other side, sportsbooks are happy if they're breakeven in the end of baseball season but they don't worry since public loses lots of $$$ during NFL season.

They lose less at whatever sport has the lowest juice. Baseball juice seems to be declining heavily, so let's go with that. Too many rec books still putting up 20 cent lines on NFL sides.

not quite sure how people make money in bases the fukkin royals beat the red sox yesterday nationals beat the phillies the day before. I only bet maybe 3 games a week in bases and roy holliday pitches about 75% of the time

i imagine most people at the top of the bell curve being at or slightly under 50%. throw in the house edge and poor money management, i really don't see how the public ever wins. i do see some big ass casinos in Vegas and tons of offshore books though.

The average gambler I would think could still win at baseball if he is patient and picks his spots. Could probably do ok with all sports if he does his homework and does not try to bet every single day.
