I've had the Mirage allow me to parlay a big underdog in boxing with other "normal" sports that way before. Soccer is limited to MLS usually, except maybe at Will Hill books. As far as tennis, El Cortez had a few selected early round matches at the French Open, but most places had nothing until the round of 16. You won't see Challenger matches on the board. Heck, even the French open wasn't on the board, you had to get the sheets of paper to see those odds.
Live wagering you will get on basketball or football, or maybe even hockey, but not normally with baseball. You need to check all the paper sheets they have to get your full options. In all the places I have been in Vegas, I have never seen a self service kiosk for sports. To cash out slot vouchers, yes. But for sports, no.
