    It’s all done the governor signed the bill and Monmouth Park will start 10:30 AM Thursday morning somebody go there and report back

    Will DraftKings be available for wagers in NJ ???

    supposedly they are partnered with Resorts casino in Atlantic City

                        I don't see where Resorts/Draftkings will put their sportsbook. I don't see them being up and running B&M style for a while. They have that little room where they show people their online and fantasy sports site but it would be way too small to handle any sports betting or anything else. Resorts is tiny as it is.

                                      I guess the player is paying that and it's not the tax for the books according to this article....

                                      Under the new law, the state taxes 8.5 percent of the revenue from in-person betting at casinos and tracks, while online bets are subject to a 13 percent tax rate. The idea is to encourage people to visit the sites in person and spend more on restaurants, hotels, and other businesses.
