ATTN: I will be doing performance evaluations for all mods at the Bash
As you know, we have quite a few new mods here. I realize it’s been a process getting to know them and vice versa. Overall I think they all do a great job. I know I had to be a little hard with Drew over promoting his libtard agenda so strongly, but I feel like he got the message and things have been pretty smooth so far.
Please email any issues, good or bad, that you’ve had with any moderators. All info will be kept confidential.

I’ll be very interested to hear your findings although personally I have found all of the recently hired Moderators have been an absolute joy to work with and always eager to ask for help and share tips about various topics
I still have my official Sheriff’s badge which I will wear on a lanyard during all SBR activities at the Bash, but I removed my online badge awhile back. I felt it was intimidating to both mods and common posters, and not allowing them to interact with me on a normal level.
And Shari, I vehemently agree. All the mods seem to be doing great for the most part. The performance reviews are simply part of our plan to keep everyone updated and involved as we move forward in this rapidly changing environment.

How do you guy put up with Opie at the bash??
All he does is pull rank on everyone and I heard frowns on hanging with any posters unless they "have money"

Coach I gotta agree here....guy is an absolute horses ass to deal with in person....berates wait staff, had THREE room changes at The Hard Rock as room wasn't to his "liking" and is just obnoxious.....its literally like a scene from the God Father to approach the guy....expects everyone to kiss the ring.......only saving grace is that he's usually asleep in bed by 8pm

Not true. He and Mrs Opie are always amazing and the best part is they throw gold flecks on you whenever they leave the table. Kind of a bitch to get out like Ally Sheedy scratching her noggin in Breakfast Club...but when you finally do you can surely buy yourself 8 bitcoins.

I will be conducting a couple reviews of mods behind closed doors... I anticipate all will go very well
I have no problems with any mods. Then again, I don't make enough trouble for them to even notice me. Let it roll mods.

It's pretty clear that Drew HATES Opie.
He's not down with his bullying, immature humor, none of it.
This tells me Drew is all about business, and making SBR a better place. Hey, Drew, if you accidentally pressed the "permanent ban" button under Opie's handle, that wouldn't be a terribly bad decision.
