Boxing is not King anymore folks, #'s dont lie.

And dont tell me how much $ Pacroid & Mayweather make because that is only 2 fighters. & the reason they make so much is because BOXING HAS BEEN AROUND FOR YEARSSSSSS.

UFC has just starting and its already competing with your holy sport. Reminds me of the Baseball Football arguement.

By the way, I like Boxing & MMA, I like watching them both, but the only real thing I like more about UFC is that pretty much all the time they make the #1 contender fight the champ, & they dont duck each other for years.

Also something about knowing if Pacroid & BJ Penn were in a dark alley in an anything goes fight, BJ would beat Pacroid senseless that makes me start leaning towards UFC, hence the ultimate fighters

BJ would beat Pacroid senseless??? um, what leads you to that conclusion?? I would disagree. In an anything goes fight chuck zito hits you in the face and you wake up in the hospital.. hand frozen in a grasp for a reverse triangle.

As for the roy jones and bernard hopkins retirement tour... I was at the fight, and may I say the hundreds of fans in attendance were moved to chant, by the two great masters they saw give their all... REFUND! REFUND! REFUND! In even less exciting news, Sergio Mora The latin snake is back!

Bernard hopkins collapsed due to rabbit punches as soon as he returned to his dressing room, I wonder if he said "I've fallen and I can't get up.."

for the last time: if boxers had to fight by UFC rules the boxers would get their asses kicked........and if UFC guys had to strictly box, they'd be getting their asses kicked by the boxers. 2 completely different talents/styles. trained UFC professionals are the shit and so are trained boxers.

it does amaze me though that people pay for WWE when they know the outcome is decided beforehand.
This year has had a good increase of the open cable fights. ESPN friday nights is having strong cards (Glen Jhonson - Yusaf Mack), FOX sports en espaƱol just started, Azteca America also has good Mexican fights and and telefutura will resume soon. Not too shabby.

By #'s I ment # of people purchasing PPV's. Yes UFC has tons of PPVs a year but who's fault is that?
