        Why would it???

        Gambling is not illegal, and in fact, only a few states do not offer legalized gambling.

            The IRS is much, much more interested in having you pay taxes instead of how one came about that income.

                I believe they are indeed big brother, and DO want to know where the money is coming from so that they can tax ALL of it. Remember they want you to put your losses in there too.
