#41Originally posted by KermitSo then it was basically impossible for anyone to have bet $100 and won 5 million. because of the payout limit by the books that actually post moneyline odds like this.Comment -

#42Originally posted by El NinoI thought $250K was the max parlay payout at 5Dimes. I'm assuming these two games were circled and/or limited at $250 or so. I'm guessing that's why 5Dimes is saying take $100K or pound sand. What's the guy going to do? Take them to illegal book maker court? Guy hit a lottery ticket, he should take the $100K, cash it all out and quit. This is literally a once in a lifetime hit.Comment -

Good post. The unlikelihood of that 2-team PARLAY hitting even exceeds "once in a lifetime." I believe the 45-pt Dog is the biggest S/U winner ever. Stanford was like +42 at USC. UTEP (long time ago) beat BYU, when BYU was convinced that Utep was getting the feed from their head-phones.
The fact he nailed the 550/1 Moneyline is enough reason to celebrate. Fact he had it tied to a 70/1 side defies logic. And they both get home? What a score.
Once in a lifetime? Maybe once in 10 lifetimes.Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?Comment -

#45Originally posted by Cuse0323ESPN is turrible. Just had to let that out. I turned in to see if they had highlights. They probably won't for a while. But, holy fckin hell. They definitely just kept anyone who would take a pay cut. Damn that station is fcking awful. The broad on SC is like nails on a chalkboard.
Sorry, had to bitch somewhere.
Anyway, how about them Howard's.Comment -
