I'd vote that one guy who's always gesticulating behind the plate... you know, the pants, the shirt, the muzzle, the whole nine. He's not very good at all. I say this because sometimes he'll call a ball a strike, or a strike a ball. I think his name is John, or Mike, or Bill, or Larry even, could be Bart, maybe Tom... I know it's a name, like a guy's name, with letters in it and so forth. Man, he really irks me.

CB Bucknor is so weird...

Last night Cabrera got buzzed by a high one near his head. Cabrera walked away... eyed the pitcher... yelled something without making eye contact.... came back to the batter's box... the FOX Detroit cameras were zoomed in on Miggy... and you could see Bucknor eye Cabrera for like 10 seconds... without blinking. It was the strangest thing.

Nothing developed. But CB Bucknor is very similar to the home plate umpire in the movie... The Naked Gun.
