    I'm a lifelong Cubs fan. I'm 49 years old and had a handfull of my buddies when we were 9,10,11,12 years old we would watch Cubs everyday over the air of WGN. Then go out to play ball... every freaking day of the summers. Cubs played no night games back in the 70's

    Hells yea Cubs fans are geeked. If you don't think they should be, or if you think Cubs fans are playing their cards early... I say you might be right but you are an asshole. Every fan gets excited this time of the season for a team that is winning and looking towards a title. If you don't like that, you don't like sports.

    If you ever were on the side of championship team like me (Bulls, Bears, Blackhawks) then you clearly understand that when the haters come out, you know you have done something. Love to hear the ignorant jealous drivel from Canuck - Keep it coming, we all LOVE to hear you make a complete ass of yourself

    I'll tell you what, the cubs will prob win the WS, but it won't be easy...

    The AL playoff games were all sweeps, the ALCS will prob be another.

    The fact that the NL games are much tighter, plus the emotion added to the fans, just will grow whoever wins the pennant stronger
