I think Phil Steele does great work with his College Football Preview magazine and he's a great source of information.... but when he makes predictions they're usually exactly right on with the lines. Like if Texas A&M plays whoever and they're favored by 13.5 and O/U is 68 he'll predict a final score of 41-27.

What constitutes an upset? Any underdog winning? I think anything within 3 points is too close to be called an upset.

Guys who make predictions do not gamble. If Phil Steele had any money he would not risk it on his own predictions. It's very easy to predict when you are an air-bettor.
