"You see that play where Curry while being closely guarded by Durant at the top of the arc went behind his back making space to get off the shot which he then nailed? He could never do that back in the day. Isaiah would have punched him in the mouth, and on the off chance he swung and missed Rodman or Laimbeer would have untied his shoes."
Say Steven A., is that the way you'd like the game to be played? Isn't the amazing talent we see on display something far more exciting. NBA isn't the WWE or whatever it's called.

People didn't go around just punching people in the NBA in the late 80s. Especially not pgs. WTF are you saying? Fights broke out once in a while, and if was the bad boys, it was usually Lambeer vs another big.
Sure, if Curry drove to the paint he would have fell to the ground a few times. got banged up, maybe tweaked on elbow on his way down, a shoulder....but that's not going to stop him. Curry is a bigger player than Thomas and many other guys in the NBA at the time. Just because the game isn't as physical today doesn't mean guys are just gonna fold up shop if it gets physical. Don't know wtf these guys are thinking making comments like that.
It's like saying "oh wrs in the nfl are pussies today, they don't know what it's like to go over the middle and get cracked, like really get cracked." so you're saying calvin johnson couldn't go over the middle in the 80s? please, calvin johnson would fukkin abuse most safeties and corners in the nfl in the 80s. they won't even know what hit them as he's coming over the middle.
