I hate the fact that CRIS takes high fees from the players whenever they get the chance..the juice is already enough to prefer other books imo, they earn enough with their lines.

Any chance that someone from SBR can talk to them about charging $300 for a 10k incoming book-to-book?

Verified with Bookmaker CS, where they claimed a 7-10 business day turn-around time.

No, this one actually seems legit and completely unrelated to their 2,500 Bet Point "free" withdrawal policy.

funny that when I asked them 6 months ago why they didn't have a free, regular mail option I was told that the regular mail out there wasn't reliable at all...

so, they are either full of shit and the mail is ok out there, or they finally realized they may lose some business over this and are willing to have a couple of checks get lost in the mail...

only time will tell...

I used to think Bookmaker was a solid out (especially for their early line postings), but their gouging during these already unsettling times really struck a wrong chord with me. It sure seems like a book would want to make customer service and easy withdrawals a high priority right now, especially when Bookmaker's fellow "A" books all did free transfers and cheap withdrawals.

This does look to be a step in the right direction, and if Bookmaker can show some decent signs of having greater customer concern I'll give them more business in the future....

at least they are doing something before the football season starts. Let's see how long it takes to get money from them now though, anyone that uses this method should update us and tell us how long it is taking to get funds from their accounts.
