    Best Way to Funding 5Dimes
I recently made a account on 5Dimes. I have been reading this forum for ways to fund the account. On 5Dimes they gave me options like **, e-check, *************, Omega, and ****.

    Which one do you perfer?

I first looked at ************* but they asked for a lot of bank info like routing number and account numbers. It will be very easy to find me if they ever get into trouble.
Also the Pre Paid **** cards also ask for a lot of info, they want things like SS#.
The e-check is also like the *************. The bank I will see it easily.
Omega, no one has ever heard of.

The only option left, which is also the most popular, is Western Union. I was planning to send a money order to them but then they told me they aren't taking them anymore.

Anyways I now plan to just send $100 through Western Union Online.
How risky is this? I do not want to get into trouble from this. I know I can get into serious trouble.
Is sending it online better then from a agent? I figured they won't be able to ask any questions. Is the online way more watched and more likely to be flagged?

    Thanks!

If you are only sending 100, I would go with echeck since it is FREE and instant. Don't worry about the fact that it is a direct transfer from your bank because the transction will not read "5 Dimes" but will rather have a third party name.

when i went to the e-check page they asked for information like last 4 digits of SS# and driver license # and i don't want to give them that kind of information.
do western union ask for id? can we just give them incorrect information? because 5Dimes lets you input information you gave to the agent.

Western Union does not require ID when sending amounts up to (I believe) $750.

Me Id find a A+ book that takes money orders, or cashiers checks and overnight fed ex it to them. That way you dont have to give out all the personal info you dont want to. Just my opinion.

is this true? on the western union website, they say you need some form of gov't id like your driver license.

No ID when sending up to $999.00.You need ID to pick up any amount unless the sender waives it.The largest amount that can be picked up without ID under any circumstances is $999.00.

So if I change some information around they would never know right? I'm only sending $100 so I don't think they really care but I just want to be safe.

                              Andrew,

I wouldn't sweat it, all you're doing is sending cash. I've never sent just $100 but I've provided ID plenty of times with this kind of stuff, it is discreet enough.

Western Union is fine for the smaller players, bigger players it just seems to much of a hassle to get money down there.

You sound very paranoid and reluctant to give up any personal info. How did you open up the account in the 1st place? If you think you're doing something wrong, then you probably shouldn't be doing it.

You can fabricate your address and phone number and some books allow you to fabricate your name.

Sending $100 won't raise no red flags, worse case scenario, you get banned from using Western Union but will still be able to send up to $999.00 using a fabricated name or start using MoneyGram.

For $100,you might just want to do an ECheck,no big deal about that either.

If the US wants to stop offshore gambling they should just allow sports gambling somewhere in the east coast maybe Atlantic City. That way people in the east coast don't have to travel across the country just to place bets. Or better yet, they should allow casinos in Vegas to take bets from across the country through the internet.
