    Sportsbook.com deposit
With all the troubles they have had paying off, would someone have to be crazy to send them money right now.

    more or less.

    i would never play there.

people that have been jonesing who 1) have no cash, and 2) have no cash access to their credit card, have deposited there because they don't run it through as a gaming transaction, but some phony business.

I have no problems with sportsbook... I switched to players only which is the same company but I still play with them and the credit card deposit is easier there then any other place I have played at... Their lines and promos are worth it and as long as they don't stiff people (so far NOT ONE case of a stiff) I will play there...

do not listen to shamswoof. just look at the sportsbook thread and see all the problems people are having with this company. if you're so caught up about using a credit card, i hear bestline (betonline) accepts them easily.

bottom line is if you have to use credit cards to finance your gambling, you shouldn't be doing it in the first place, but i'm not one to talk, ive financed gambling with credit cards in the past when things got rough.

bottom line end result is dont play at sportsbook or their family of groups, any semi-educated bettor will tell you that.

I actually have had an account there for the last 2 years and never had a problem getting paid but that was BEFORE all this netteller fiasco. Took my money out just before the troubles and didn't plan on re-upping there but just wanted some opinions.

understandable. just be aware that if you deposit there, it may be a long time before you get paid out. most players are waiting at least 2 months, some 3 if not more...and this is the slow time of year.

They took so long to send me a check in july I had em put it back on my account , was more than a month and they never even had sent me anything saying it was on the way so would have been maybe 2 months to get it . They were more than happy to put it back on my account within the hour which really surprised me , I have been with them more than 8 yrs.

Using a credit card is acceptable IF you pay off the charge the next month.

yes this is 100% right -- if it's not charged as a cash advance, and i am pretty sure most charges aren't.

                      good point

ummm hello.... did everyone forget that debit cards count as the samething "for the most part" as far as processing goes..? How many sites only accept one but not the other..? It depends on the bank not so much if it's a credit card.. There are exceptions of course...
