    From the espn article it made it sound like mlb cannot investigate this matter unless the red sox file a complaint? Definitely needs to be looked into whether the offended teams wants it looked into.

    I agree with a post earlier here the red sox pitchers do this shit too. They prolly don't want to open a can of worms that'll get them tossed under the bus as well.
