They are not as high priced as I thought they would be.. Perhaps this could be why LCD's have dropped so much recently.. A 61" is 3K... That's not that bad for a NEW PRODUCT.. LCD's started much higher I believe.. Since it's LED the picture last damn near forever and talk about THIN...

Now the Fogscreen is 125K but that's the screen floating in mid air where you can walk through it....

Well you never win when purchasing electronics.

But I am sure I can put up with my current Sony 1080P HDTV for years to come.

sure just what we all need a TV that uses 3 to 10 litres of water per hour. And I thought taking a shit used a lot of water when I flushed.

                    Overrated on walls, ect

A tv belongs eye level on a stand only with all your devices nicely tucked away.

Anything on a wall really cannot stand alone anyway unless you have carve outs for your dvd, sat box, cable box, ect.

Yes sir I was surprised to see Best Buy carry them already... When LCD's and Pla. came out a 61" was over 10K... These are much cheaper to start off with which makes me believe they are going to make a surge quickly...

I have been following this from the beginning and here is where the technology originated from and as you can see this is already has and is going to further have many many applications... This article is very old but I save sh*t...

JJ..? This is the beginning.. It is not going to hang on your wall in the future it will be your wall... I believe other applications of this will be having a sliding glass door with this (Polymer) that will allow you turn your sliding glass door into a huge picture frame storing many scenes or even a monitor... If it's raining and you don't like the way it looks outside you will simply (via voice recognition) ask it to change scenery...

CAN WE SAY TECH. BOOOOOOOOOOOOM..? I know you can.....

I don't know what the resolution is like but damn this is only in it's infancy... The car didn't have GPS in it when it first came out but now they can fly...

Moller International has developed the first and only feasible and affordable personal vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) vehicles.

I have been talking to these guys for a while too (5 years) and all that is needed is FAA certification.... oh and probably SATS... (small aircraft transportation system)

SED is another well well awaited technology especially by CRT fans like me ...
SED TV is an emerging technology that will compete with LCD TVs and plasma TVs offering HDTV with CRT quality in a thin package.

Hope to not see others delays.
