Since adrenochrome is highly sensitive to light and air, old adrenaline become adrenochrome. Meaning, when adrenaline is exposed to light and air, oxygen molecules get attached to adrenaline, making it into adrenochrome. Long as you have light and air exposure, things get oxidized.
