    Hi All,

Noticed SIA managed to make the news again. Not sure if any of you still use them but they screwed me as well. I got stiffed my entire winnings with them. I let the balance get too large, and they refused to pay stating that my brother and I had the same pattern of bets and it's disallowed. Doesn't look like there is anything to be done.

In any case, beware cause they don't play be the rules...

My brother and I bet the same side at the same place

My brother and I discuss games and how we are going to bet, and where we are going to bet, and often place the same bet at the same place.

        I really appreciate the warning.

Why the hell is this against the rules???

when you win a considerable amount, they always have excuses not to pay.

in this case, they claimed the betting limits were not respected by wagering in more than one account, even though we are 2 distinct people. regardless, at the very least, one account should always get paid as the breach of limit should only apply to additional accounts and even that is pushing it.

even though I was not in violation of any of there rules at the time we were wagering together.

I wished you could of found this site sooner and did a search on the.

This is not a terrible book in many ways. But in a player makes a suspicious move there they just take the money. Sometimes we can reason with them but they are very heavy handed with disputes.

Kind of defines terrible, to me !

If it is two unique people with different computers and different residences betting to the limit on the same games, they should get paid, even if they are brothers with a weird name like Zqxcwertski and they both live in Elephant Crack, NM.

The book can boot them after they see the pattern, and pay,IMO.

SIA offers juicy ( esp. NFL) doglines. Dog bettors just balance their favorite action, anyway.

                Hi Mass,

SIA management would like to look into your complaint in detail. You can send you account ID and that of your brothers if he will offer it.

that's exactly my situation and that was my argument to them. how can a justification be made not to pay when its different people with different residences with different address. it cant and for that SIA should be rated a D if not an F.

I even looked into it with a lawyer and complained with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission which is completely a waste of time as I suspected considering the commission generates its revenues from site operators such as SIA. Dont be fooled and dont risk your hard earned winnings with SIA.

The fraud department reviewed my account for days until they came up with any excuse not to pay. They did however return my original deposit. Strange, why would someone return a player any funds if it truly believed the account was fraudulent.

At the end, the juicy dogs are not worth it cause, when you win they collect the other side and then they keep your account winnings. if u lose, of course its a non issue, no fraud involved there, u lost fair and sqaure.

It sounds like sore losers to me! The moment u max out on wagers and win on them, they will try to find any excuses to not paying out...which in this case is u and your brother betting on the same game and same amount. Very large wagers raises red flags, avoid any hassles by wagering beneath their radar levels and never let your account get too large without any withdrawls. I usually w/d when i reach 5x of what my balance is. And i'll takeout 50%, then start the 5x process again!

Let us know what the outcome is?
