#38I´m not sure I follow what you are saying. Are you saying people should bet more than 5% of their bankroll per game, or that people without a large bankroll shound´t bet?Originally posted by buztahIf you're not willing to bet big then why bet at all? Sure, you can bet a couple small plays here and there but if you're going to bet small all the time, don't bet at all. Just make predictions and save your money. Make the big bucks or find another hobby.
It really depends on what you are trying to do. If this is a hobby to you, as some here have mentioned, and you enjoy capping games and enjoy the thrill of picking the right side, I don´t think it matters at all how much you bet.
If you are trying to do this for a living then it´s different. Imo, it takes a ton of work to be a professional, and as such the rewards must justify the time spent. If you are just starting off and building your bankroll, then having a small bankroll is fine, but eventually it would need to grow large enough that your bets are pretty large.
But, if you are suggesting betting big regardless of bankroll size, then you truely are gambling and your best bet (in terms of making $) would be to stop.Comment
