Guy has 18 mill locked up for the next 3 years.
I'm guessing he already made 30 his first contract?
    Guy could care less anymore.

Just track his currently owned properties and join the bidding when the bank gives his house away a year after he's out of the NBA.

It's not about what the right thing to do is, and hasn't been about that for ages in this country. It's always about what is more profitable, and without a doubt - the prison system is very profitable in the state of Arizona. Our entire legislature is as dependant on prison funds, as Texan legislators are on Big Oil.

One deals in a precious natural resource. The other doesn't.
so its ok to ruin people's lives with unjust felony convictions for state workers to profit financially? you can unjustly ruin someone's life if you will make $ from it? the state loses money prosecuting these people. ok there would be a few less cops, but with every dollar saved from less cops, you could put all that money towards creating other jobs. the states tax revenue wouldn't go down... so the state would still have the same money to spend. they could just spend it on different jobs (highway workers improving roads, construction projects (creates paving, plumbing, electrical jobs), etc.

felony convictions end people's ability to get jobs. arizona could make alcohol a crime to hire more officers too. hell, they could make everything in the world a crime so they throw the whole state in jail. that wouldn't be fair either. there should be fairness in the law. you shouldn't make the law unfair and screw good people by sending them to the penitentiary just to increase the amount of law enforcement jobs. marijuana possession should not be a felony. felonies are like murder, rape, kidnapping, manslaughter, etc... smoking a joint does not do society the same harm as murder, rape, kidnapping, etc. ok someone smokes a joint and watches tv and laughs... does that really mean they deserve to go to the penitentiary and never be able to get a job again?

alcohol is a worse drug than marijuana. it is physically addicting and you get withdrawal, you can die from overdose, it makes people violent, etc... why don't they make alcohol a felony and send everyone that drinks a beer to prison? that would create law enforcement jobs... why not do that?
