    Intertop withdrawal problem
    I am still waiting for a withdrawal from intertops which i withdrew on thursday 3rd may . The process according to there website should be done within 48 hrs and i've contacted them about it via email on the sunday 6th and they said my email did match although, there were no problems when i deposited via moneybookers. I got them to change my email address so they matched and they asked me to withdraw again which i did on sunday 6th. wednesday 9th may i sent them another email in the morning and since i had no reply by the time i got home from work i sent them another email saying if i hadn't got my money in 24hrs i would go to sportsbookreview. Eventually i got a reply asking me to withdraw my funds again so i did and i still have no money off them. 12 days later i still do not have my money so i have sent an email to SBR for assistance and am waiting to hear back from them. Now they are rejecting all my emails and the freephone number from the uk does not work . Has anyone else had any problems with this book

    We can help you on this.

    Your situation and many similiar is the reason this book does not rank higher. Its a good book and rarely there are problems. But when they do come up I'tops doesn't want to be bothered and can be fairly rude.

            I also had a delay a few weeks back on a bank wire withdraw, but resolved. They never seem to give a definite day of a transaction.

              High fees as well

              I cashed out of intertops a couple of months ago because they continued to hit me with double fees. ex. I withdrew $3000, so they took $3060 out of my account and then only sent $2940. Once I finished paying the wire transfer fee from my bank it cost me $135 on one transaction.

                Intertops can be frustrating as all Hell, but you will be paid. I once had to wait a similar length of time about 2 1/2 years ago, but the transaction was eventually completed. I've noticed that when Intertops states a payment will be made in 48 hours, they're talking in Matrix "Bullet-time" as opposed to the Earthly time scale.

                      @gambler36

                      Please let me apologize for the delay in your withdrawal request.
                      I was notified of this problem this morning, and as I can see above you can already confirm receipt of your funds, which is good.

                      The reason for the delay in your particular case has to do with the fact that we have just recently added Moneybookers to our portfolio and this issue obviously pointed out some procedures that we need to straighten out.

                      Sorry again for the hassles this has caused to you.

                        cheers alf66 for getting back to me and explaining the situation, now i understand why it took longer than expected.
                        I was a bit suprised as i'd not had any problems in the past with intertops.
                        I would of quite happily waited the extra days as i was not necessarily in a hurry for the cash, i was just not aware of what was going on. May i suggest an email if something like this happens again explaining the situation.
                        It's good of you to come on to the forum and explain what the problem was and i'm glad you have moneybookers onboard aswell.
                        Cheers
