According to several sources, Spuds passed away in 1993 of kidney failure. But don't feel too bad -- despite a short 10 years on earth, Spuds led quite a life.

Spuds was Budweiser's mascot in the late '80s. Known as the "original party dog," Spuds liked two things -- beautiful women and the King of Beers. Alas, given Spuds was popular 20 years ago, it shouldn't come as a shock that the pooch is no longer hosting keggers.
