Have you had any problems or delays? I am aware they are a recreational book, but just want to know if they are reliable with really big payouts. Has your overall experience with them been as advertised, being an A+ book? Also, if you use their Betjam transfer card, how is that working out?

BetJam has always been very reliable for payouts in my experience. They've never been a personal favorite of mine due to vanilla lines but I sometimes use them when they offer a bonus. The biggest payout I have had there is probably about 12K.
I've never used this transfer card you are talking about.
They will crack down on winners who place large $$$ bets. Like every time you try to confirm a big bet there will be a loooooooooooong delay then the bet will be declined and the line will be moved against you. If you get in that position, it is basically a pointless book.Comment -
