Good new to report!!!!!! I requested my payout on march 27th it was approved and debted out of my account on the 28th. and today i was paid $5000 echeck sent to my account. Thank you so much SBR and Justin. This site is a huge assest and keeps the sportsbooks straight.

Dreambig, the money has not been deducted from my account yet eventhough the payout was requested on 3/28. It looks like your case is a little bit different than mine. However, today was the first day they promised me a date, Friday. They were vary vague and evasive before.Comment -

Guess what I had in the mailbox when I arrived home from work tonight.....A 4358.00 check from Betus!!!Now just 9600.00 to go and I will be the happiest man in the world.The only reason that they could not provide me a tracking number was because this was sent regular mail and not by fedex.I wanted to give hope to others and hope everyone gets what is due to them.Thanks Justin and I will update "the rest of the story".Comment -

Well, I guess i found this site too late. I've been playing with betus for almost 2 years. I always found it odd how they didn't work sundays or how my paperwork always seemed to be misplaced, but the fact is, I always got paid. That is, until mid-january. Since then I have made 6 seperate requests for payout and each one has became more difficult than the last. Currently, I have a echeck request for 1100 from MARCH 11 that I have not seen, 1300 (echeck) from April 3rd that I have not seen. And 1200 from april 8th (Fedex) that I have not seen. In addition to the excuses everyone else has gotten, I can add a new one. I was once told that Easter is actually a 4 day holiday (who knew!) and to subtract those days from the calendar. They swear to me that the human element is completely removed from the payout system and that everyone is at the mercy of this mysterious "processor" As with others, I've been given several "absolutely, positively will be in my account days." and it never arrives. (it's 30 business days since my first request). I have a home in Costa Rica and have offered to walk in their offices and have them cut me a check. The only thing I find encouraging is that the still continue to answer the phone. One bit of information I did find out, they originally told me that any fedex checks would be drawn on an american bank. Not true, If you are lucky enough to receive a check, it will be drawn on either a german or canadian bank. Depending on your bank, this could take up to 3 weeks to clear. sorry to hear your story Mike, hang in there...as stupid as that Easter story sounds, that part is true...a respected book told me the same thing, other countries have a lot more bank holidays than us. if you know where their headquarters are pay them a visit for all of us.Comment -

BetUs--Delayed Payout
I have been waiting since 2/21/2007 for a payout. I requested "Echeck" and on April 6, 2007, BetUS told me the processor never did issue the funds. Great. I then requested a FedEx check for payout and as of today, BetUS tells me that it has yet to be issued and normally it takes 10 business days to be withdrawn and the funds sent. All in all, the said around 15-20 business days. Any help would be immensely appreciated since I havent heard one truthful statement from BetUs yet.Comment -
These guys are very poor. I made 2 withdraws with them. One on 3/17 and 4-1. WhenI made my first withdraw via echeck for 840. They told me 5-7 business days , than 10-15 business days,than 15-20 business days. I did finally recieve my funds last friday on the 20 th business days.
On 4-1 I made a check request for $715 via fed ex. I used fedex because I knew how long the echeck took and the customer service rep told me he would have the money to me in 5 to 7 business days. By the way, I paid an extra $25 to expedite this. After the 5 to 7 bussiness days passed, my account still said "waiting for debit" I called and than they said it went to 10 to 15 business days. I am on day 14 and my account still says "waiting for debit". I called and they said it would be another 5 business days before that can pay me and another 10 business days before I recieve the funds. How does fedex take 10 business days? Also I asked if I would be revieving a tracking number and they said that takes 10 to 15 business days and I would probaly have already got my check by then. BULL SHIT. Doing the math, that is 30 business days, 6 weeks before I see my funds, if I do. So basically I paid extra to get my check 2 weeks later. I am so sick and tired of their BS stories. Attention! After 23 days on Waiting Debit my payout status has been switched to Ready to pay and the money is out of my balance. I have called CS and they said it will be in my bank account within 24-48 hrs. I'll keep you updated.

About a week and a half ago I was told by thier supervisors in Customer Service that once a Fedex request showed paid on the transaction that at the latest 10 days later I will have my check... And long and behold I got it 10 days after it was changed to paid...
All I got to say is at least thier paying out, LMB I think you will have your money soon enough!!!!

a cs rep for betus told me that the reason my account shows waiting debit is that they leave it like that while my check is on its way to me so that just incase i can bet while the money is in "limbo". Is this true or does it just mean they havent even sent the check out yet?Comment -

wtf? here's my situation: 3 payout requests in mid march
1) 1600
2) 3050
3) 4050
1600 and 4050 were rejected and put back into my bet us acct. 3050 will arrive in my bank acct this week. i've heard 50 different stories from bet us. they told me all 3 payout were supposed to hit my bank account like 2 weeks ago. if the 3050 arrives in my bank acct., i will be alot more relieved.Comment -

We shall see, I requested payout on 4/3/07. Still have not recieved it. It says paid in my tracker but still nothing. Quite a bit of money owed. I keep getting told all types of different things but I dont believe any of it. The are liars and only take deposits over there. I need my money especially since I lost 18000 on credit cards and im paying interest on that, yet they owe me 10 plus and I cant get it. Anyone have any suggestions?Comment -
Update: Still no paymets seen. I made my first withdraw request March 7th and the second one March 12th. They told Justin that I should recieve the funds no later than April 14th. That time has come and gone.... still waiting.

Yay!!! I got my check today... The funny thing is I requested a payout through FedEx but it just came in a regular mail. WTF is up with that? Oh well, better than not getting paid I guess.
Also, the check I received is "Payable Through" Citibank (NY State). This is good news since, it's exactly the same check that I've recieved from Ultimate Bet and I had no problems cashing from them. Just be patient fellas, you'll get your money soon.Comment -
A couple suggestions... Don't post how the check is drawn. The less people know about processors, the less likely they are to be forced to change them.
