My payout was deducted out of my account march 28th. I spoke with customer service to follow-up and they told me they money would be in my account on MONDAY. i'll keep you updated. Im on justins list so i'm sure this has helped expedite the process i'll let you know on monday whats up.

I wish i had some positive news to report but today is April 13th, over 8 days ago Justin was told by Betus.com that I would be paid NO LATER than April 14th. Since I didn't recieve the payment today and they don't deliver funds on Saturdays via Bankwire, they were once again wrong with their information. I made two withdraws back on March 7th and March 11th. I've been told twice now that they were "reprocessed". I'll guess I have to hope I see it on Monday... kinda getting tired of this. Thanks god I found another book that pays their clients on time!!

What is the name of the book that pays on time? How long is it taking to get your money and by what method are they paying (ie bank transfer,western union or fedex)?

It is really great to hear that folks are getting paid from betus. I have not been waiting nearly as long as most.
Justin, you said to let you know if early April requests were not taken care of as of April 15. I requested my payout for 5000 on April 3. My account still reads waiting debit. I was told this means they are waiting for the processor to take the money out of my account and Echeck payouts take up to 20 business days to reach you.Comment -

UPDATE: I called BETUS on Thursday to understand where my payout was. They tell me that I should have recieved my payment by now and that maybe my bank rejected the deposit. I explained to them that my bank never stopped/rejected deposits from them in the past so why would they start now? They put me on hold (told me prior that the supervisor had left for the day) and when they returned, asked me if I would hold so they can figure out whats going on. 5 Minutes later they tell me that everything had been processed and I will be paid sometime next week.... This answer is somthing I'm sure everyone has heard before. Oh, and then he goes on to tell me that I can request a FEDEX check if I wanted which would only take 5 days to receive (why didn't they do this back in March? - brilliant!) but I can't because I made a bankcheck request. I made two seperate requests back in the first week of March for $5000+. I recieved the "it takes 7-10 business days" and then a few weeks without a payment, they told me that "it's taking 15-20 business days" and then I received another message from them telling me that "my withdraw had been processed and is taking 7-10 business days" You see where this is going......
So now it's been OVER a month and still no payment. I guess there isn't anything I can do about this issue but bitch//complain on this board. Good thing I don't require this money to live or else I would be in a world of hurt. I learned my lesson the hard way by sticking with a book that had terrible ratings on SBR.. I hope the people that were "paid" by betus over the past week aren't employees of this firm. Good luck to everyone out there waiting for payment and thanks fot Justin for his help.

KB- I switched to WSEX and Matchbook which I'm very happy to say pays clients promptly. I requested a decent size payout on a Tuesday afternoon (fedex) and received the payment on the following Tuesday morning(i live in nyc). They even refunded my $30 fedex fee since I had to wait an extra day for my payment. I just made another request from MB by regular mail to see how long that payment will take. I'm thinking a few weeks but i'll let ya know.Comment -

Hello everyone , I guess I found this site too late. I am waiting for a Betus payout for a week. It seems like many many people have been waiting much longer than me, I have already heard many excuses from them as to why it has been sitting in the waiting debit que for 5 days so I am starting to worry. I just got a promise from a man named Adam. He pit me on hold for about 5 minutes; came back and told me that he spoke to the payout supervisor and said that their processor will receive my payout today, he then called the processor and the processor said that they will take care of my payout. I know they always give b.s. excuses but for some reason this one actually seemed to be real. I guess I will find out tommorrow.Comment -
Well I called customer service today asking about status of my payout. The gentlemen said I should have recieved the check by now through fedex. He said he will look into today and asked that I call him back tomorrow. Then I asked him if the check had been sent why hasn't the amount been deducted from my account. After a long pause he inform me that it wouldn't be deducted from my account until I cashed the check.

So heres the situation today. After speaking with a guy last week who told me my payment would be here on monday i was informed today that is not the case. According to a female supervisior my withdrawl was paid and sent to the processing company which sent it back to betus on april 2nd why i dont know but they said they changed processing companies. She put me on hold came back and said that the new process compant has it and will be sending it out within the next couple days. I asked when i'd recieve my money and she said with 10-15 business days. I guess when the processors sends it out it still needs to go through multiple banks before it reaches mine. She also informed me than i'm in much better position than most other bettors requesting a payout as a good number have there payouts stuck in waiting to be debted limbo. I'm going to wait until two mondays from now which at that time if i dont recieve my money i will have to escalate this issue to plan B.Comment -
If any players have requested payouts by Fedex more than a week ago, please ask for a tracking number. As of a week ago, betUS promised me that Fedex payouts would be processed within 5 business days.

My latest from BetUS:
1. They dont give tracking numbers anymore because of security reasons. ( B.S. )
2. The reason why payouts still say waiting debit is because now, they dont deduct the money untill they receive confirmation from Fedex that the package arrived ( seems like B.S. to me )
3. according to the agent he said I am on the "any day list". The list of customers that will receive their money any of the upcoming days. ( L.M.A.O. )
4. When I asked him how did he know I was on the "any day list" his response was because the processor told him. I asked him how did the processor tell him if you have been on the phone with me the whole time. He said look my information says that you will get the money in the next 3 business days and it will probably be deducted 2moro. ( Not Funny anymore )

Ummm... this is definite BS. Mine says "paid" and the amount is deducted from my balance but I haven't received my check by FedEx yet.
Carlos try this number, 1-800-340-7495 ext 3900. He'll give you a better answer. I think he's one of the guys from the payout department. If he asks how you got this number just say one of the CS guys gave it to you.Comment -

I called that number and first they didnt want to let me get ext 3900. Then the guy I talked to did not want to help me out at all. The new information is that Fedex checks take 10 business days after it says PAID on the account. He told me that It stays on waiting debit untill the processor is ready to process the next batch of checks. I told him that is not my problem that when I deposited my money I was told 7-10 business days. He goes well it becomes your problem when u need the money. Then I told him they have been telling me now for almost 2 weeks that my status was going to be changed to paid today what am I supposed to do? He says well I heard the processor has caught up all the way to April now but that his supervisor told him last week that now they are up to 10 business days after they status gets changed to paid. Extremely angry right now; I need that money. This is ridiculous. I am sorry Justin but BetUS is not keeping their promises. I have been on waiting debit since 4/4 ( 10 business days ). And now they tell me that it is going to be at least 10 business days more.Comment -
