A couple suggestions... Don't post how the check is drawn. The less people know about processors, the less likely they are to be forced to change them.

I emailed you on friday about my issue with sportsgambling, but did not receive a respond. They still have not paid and they are telling me to wait up to 2 more weeks for my payment to be deducted and once it gets deducted to wait 10 more business days??? this is ridiculous. They have been promising me for 2 weeks that I will have it the latest by today. I just want to know if you can help me out and what are they telling you about my payout?

I myself dont consider myself a huge bettor, small time at most!! But I wish things were like how they were last year. It was so easy to receive money but that retarded online gaming law in september messed it up. I play with 3 books and BetUS is one of them.

All 3 books I play with are having the issues of payout delays and its sad to say, this day in age of online gambling is bad for the players (US), maybe a few other books I know have other resources to keep payouts quick. But we are all going to still get our payout delayed until something can be done to change the laws

Yay!!! I got my check today... The funny thing is I requested a payout through FedEx but it just came in a regular mail. WTF is up with that? Oh well, better than not getting paid I guess.

I called BETUS last Tuesday 4-17-2007

The person on the phone puts me on hold for a few minutes and comes back and says "Good News your Money should hit your account bye Friday ".

Well Friday comes 4-20-2007

check my account NO MONEY!! ( what a surprise ) decide to wait the weekend to call back.


I call BETUS Today 4-24-2007

The guy on the phone tells me that the money was sent on 4-17-2007 and should be in my account i tell him no its not there , he tells me to call my bank and see if there is a hold on it to clear , I say ok i will call .

Call my bank tell them i am expecting a money transfer from a overseas account is it in there is there a hold on it , Banker tells me there is nothing in the system for a deposit (What a surprise).

This Time i get another Guy , I Tell him i just called them and my bank ,No money , The guy tells me there was a mistake and it didnt go thru , He will resend it and the money will hit my account in 5days , I tell the guy i Have been getting the run around and been waiting since 3-12-2007 for my Money and can he just send a check via Fedex . The guy says you dont want that it would take 15 days to get a check Fedex or longer to switch over payment , the money will be there in 5 days .

So i wait another 5 days , I will keep on calling them and posting not to due buisness with them to everyone i know .

Amazing , I am now being told 15-20 business days for my fed-ex check and that they cant give me a tracking number because by the time the processor gives it to them I would have already received the check. Very frustrating

with all you guys heres what i think...sportsbook.com and betus are the same company dont be fooled...they also have to same sports commentator talk when you are being put on hold...both these companies owe me money...betus is a fraud sportsbook.com is a fraud they take your money but dont want to give it back...obviously...think about what are these site??? there just sites that look legitimate but in reality these sites take your money and dont give it back and thats the truth...so your betting thinking your winning there sitting back thinking it dont matter...its Monopoly money after all...sportsbook.com and betus are connected the more sites they set up the more chances they have for you to make a deposit and in turn steal your money...i wouldnt gamble on any online site because after being through this misery you cant tell me that all these sites are the same really what makes them any different? sportsbook and betus look legit but in the end dont judge a book by its cover...makes sense if your in the same boat im in...these companies are frauds and we all need to rethink EVER depositing any money on online sites its not what it used to be---dolphins

I requested a $3000 payout from BETus on Mar 18. It has been 30 business days. When I call they give me a tracking # for my deposit but my bank says that they can't use tracking numbers to track EChecks. You can be sure that if I ever do receive my funds that I will promptly be canceling my account. Can anyone recommend a decent sportbook that pays even reasonably on time?

i spoke with a cs rep yesterday, he said that the reason my payout is still shown as waiting debit is because it stays like that for the 10 buisness days, and then when it gets changed to debited i can expect my check over nite. Also he said there was two national holidays in costa rica so i should have it by tuesday.

To sifusteve: I was told on Friday that my echeck will be in my account in 24 hrs. Still not in. And if your account still says Waiting Debit, it really means Waiting to Lose it All, so my advice to you is to keep calling them till they switch it to Paid and don't bet anymore with them. Find another book, that is if you get your winnings from Betus.

Some good news for you guys. I recieved a check today for my withdrawal. It took about 6 weeks from when I requested. Like so many other it took about 3 weeks before it was removed from my account then another 3 weeks to arrive. Also, the numerous excuses for not giving me a fedex tracking number came down to the fact it was sent standard mail.

So chins up, payment is happening just really slow.

I will pay $0.10 for Betus money. That's about what it is worth. Of course, the US gov would disapprove, so I can't but if I could, I'd pay a dime per dollar. DONT SEND MONEY THERE.

I recieved payment from them on Saturday. I requested $720 on April 1 via fed ex. It took four weeks but i did get payment. I requested the payment via fed ex because they said it would be faster than e-check. It came in about the same time and it come in regular mail. I was charged $35 to do it faster, that was a scam because it did not come any quicker and it did not come by fedex. I am happy I got my money, but I am never going to business with them again.

I recommend doing business with bodog.com. Very fast payouts. I made a withdraw and recieved my money via western union within 24 hours. Make your deposit via credit card. If you make a deposit via your bank account, It takes about 15 business days for them to pay you, If you make it by credit card, you can get your funds usally within 24 hours of your withdraw, Plus they let you do one withdraw a week and they pay for the fees. It is very good!!!

After returning from Australia last night and logging into my bank account I was pleasantly surprised to see my funds were deposited via electronic check. I made my request back on March 7th. Thanks Justin for all your help. For everyone still waiting for payment, I was on the same boat, thinking I was never going to be paid or at least very slow paid. FYI - I requested $6100
I've learned my lesson the hard way and most recently switched to WSEX and Matchbook ( which I'm proud to say paid me within 5 business days!).

Guy's I have got to be honest with you, I no Betus inside and out, what wedo over there is very simple we collect as much money as we can then give you the run around and by the time your payout is made Tommy and Joey have made the money they lost on interrest from the banks. When this new law is inforced on July 19th or there abouts I doubt Betus will still be around you should take your money and run
