Well, I can't believe it, but I finally got my measley $900 today. I have been waiting since 4/3. They were supposed to send an echeck, but when I didn't get it, I, of course, received the reason that my bank rejected it, "for some reason". I finally called last week and blasted the CS person, asked to speak with a manager, got someone calling himself Jack, blasted him (being careful not to use foul language), and told them, forget the echeck - send me a Moneygram.
Unbeliveably, I received an unsolicited email from "Adam L" :

I called betus this morning and requested a moneygram. I was told by Greg it wouldnt help and "no one was there to change my request" call back at 7pm. He also said not to worry I was going to get paid.
I told him if he sent me $2000 personally he could collect the $4000 from his company. Greg didnt accept me offer.

Hey fellas, I requested payout April 17 $1098 bEEN GETTING SAME RUNAROUND LIKE ALL. was told it was coming from Germany, that it was heading up east coast and to be patient. Yesterday I demanded A money gram spoke to Bruce and was told that my check was returned and that management will decide by Friday if I will get a money gram. Was furious and spoke to a Jack this morning and he was amazingly not aware that my check was returned frm may 11 batch. He had told me he was off yesterday and did not know this. hey, MoneyGram is like western Union exept cheaper. I did call Jack Back and he asked me If I was making a threat to call **** on them. I told Him I have no chice unless I get an answer. He said that he will not help me If I do that. He said my options are either fed ex or money gram If I do money gram they have to put a stop payment on my check which might take a while 3-? business days NO F>>>>> Good. I demanded a Fedex tracking # today and hesaid call back after 4pm to get that. He said payments processed MAY 2 and 3 got paid but the ones from 11th are being done today. He said he understands my special circumstance but needs to follow bull s... routines. By the way good luck trying to speak to a ADAM from processing he I was told is moving his office to Montreal and is not available. Probably easier to speak to U.S President than this GUY> In conclusion it looks like fedex again and three Business days. Will advise outcome. We are just threatning them with charge back. We all know that is not a good idea because then we will certanly be out of our payout but then have to worry about our own liability with the banks here at home. All we can all do is keep calling and demanding our money until they are sick and tired of hearing all our voices. i have been waiting for a 1000.00 payout since april 28. i called everyday for the last two weeks and speak to someone different everytime. when i do ask for someone and there ext. the person tells me they are off today!! every single time.. i got all the run around from my routing number gettin rejected , to getting hung up on, to not being able to speak to manager, to my money will be in my account in 5 days to my money will be in my account in 30 days!! the money finally came out of my betus account on monday so they are telling me everything should be good now and i should recieve my money in my back account but they cant give me a time frame!!!! what should i do??? someone help im tired of getting lied to and getting the shady runaround from these peopleComment -

Spoke with BETUS today,(Peter) for over an hour..Gave me the answer that the processor in Germany did not pay out because there was an "error". Asked what the "error" was. mentioned that the "...batches that were sent on May 2, 11, had errors in people account..For example they had the wrong routing numbers or wrong acct numbers that didnt match. So it cancelled the whole batch payout." ...Now I'm no dumby,,this does not sound like a legit answer,,whether he was intentionally lying or this is what he was told I do not know. However, if this is how a processor is run, we are screwed as they are using the same processor for the next batches that supposedly will get sent out "soon." Who's to say that there wont be some more "errors" and it will impede the whole batch from sending out again...BS alert....Ok,,so now I say if I don't get paid on by the end of the month, I want the funds sent to a non-us local and I will pick up the funds. I said if the new US legislations is what is slowing this down,,then this will deter any of the slow down..No problem right?? Answer....mmmm u will see your money this month.....OK, heard that one before..Asked if there were delays to payouts of non-US customers, he could not give me an answer..Says he only works with US customers..I asked to talk to an "international customer service rep." answer...mmmmm,there are none here now..WTF..I said that is a damn lie,,if someone from England wanted to make a deposit,i'm sure someone would answer the call...answer..Oh yea, I did take a deposit from someone from Indonesia today...me "oh so you do work with international customers,,I thought you didn't.." lies after lies..................The only truth I think I did hear was that he wants to keep US customers happy as they get most of the business from US customers. Hey, Just got off the phone with Bruce at betusscam.com and had interesting conversation with him about all. I mentioned to him that I spoke to the supervisor Jack yesterday and that Jack got very upset at me when I threatened to do a charge back on my **** card. I asked him why was he so pissed when I said that I have no other alternative but to do a charge back, he responded that around here saying the words ********** is worse than cursing out his mother. But by saying this to him it got the ball rolling and Bruce assured me that in 4 hours he was going to have a good response for me but only if Ido not do a charge back. SO in conclusion make sure everyone does the same thing and threaten to do a charge back so that they will put you on their priority list.
