I tried to call BetUS today for a conference with their payouts department. Things went poorly.

I have two contacts at BetUS. One is no longer there. The other wasn't available due to a "move" by BetUS. Their CS department is moving from to either Montreal or Panama (different CS people tell different things).

I asked to speak with a manager 3 times. Each time, a different CS person hung up on me.

Until someone at BetUS reestablishes contact, there isn't much I can do.

From what I understand clients can do a charge back on **** upto 1 ywar and for ** up to 6 months, however if you told them you where addicted to Gambling they will charge back everything. Hope it helps but don't abuse it

Guy's just so you understand Betus is not licenced in Panama, do your research, there are very few books that are, all that means is even a more limmited time for them to be open if they are doing that, but I could be wrong, I guess we wil have to wait and see

justin , i requested a payout from bet us over a month ago, and im having the same problems as every other reader who posted problems . now this time they told me my routing number got rejected. can you give me some advice i got a guys name and ext from bet us on friday and he told me to call back monday and he would talk to payroll. ?

They said if I dont get my payout by June 6 to call them...Looks like I will have a phone call about that time with a new excuse..What do u think it will be??? 1) mail man lost it 2) processor fuked up 3) give me option to put money back in the account as I wont see the money again......

I have been a client of betus for the last 5 years, and have never had any problems. I just recieved a payout of 1200$ after waiting 3 and a half weeks. It is taking longer these days, but thats expected given the recent situations. The customer service depart. is the most helpful one out of the many sports books I 've used.

how was your payout received (mail, e check)? when did you exactly get it? just want some details b/c i'm seriously sweating my payout,

Are u living in the US?? I think maybe the other memebers outside of US are getting their checks, and the US customers got the rusty nail. Just my take on it...BETUS knows that the US market is finished as far as online gambling is concerned. Doesn't make sense for them to pay us...Makes all the sense in the world to keep the hands that feed u happy..Hence the non-US customers are getting paid quick....Just my 2 cents wrong. Could be dead wrong..but just my feeling...

I have started the dispute process. I called 3 different credit card companies I used recently and only 1 was still in the "dispute period". Most credit cards will only let you dispute up to 60 days.... Heck, I have been waiting over 60 days to get paid.

Does anyone have advise on what to say to the credit card company?

As far as Im concerned I requested a payout in March and still havent been paid. I have been lied to by Adam ext 1250, Peter (in processing), Kim ext 1200, Ray ext 1197, countless others and the latest KC in processing.

I would rather take my chances with the credit card company...atleast they dont run and hide.

the May 2 "batch" is missing? I was told by Peter (in processing) the May 11th "batch" arrived to everyone, they were paid....I guess Im just not that lucky, I was in the wrong batch.
here is the lastest line from Betus. "We will cancel the last request, put the money back into your account and rewithdraw the money."
Are you kidding me. What a f#ck"n scam, I have been waiting since March Madness.

I hope your right. I made my request on May1st. However, it sounds like another "lame" put-off and excuse to me. Let us know if you do get your fedex as promised. I doubt anything will happen unfortunately.

I doubt a shill would complain for 3 months about a slow-pay, to then brag about payment. Kbregman's initial complaint was from a long time ago.

Yea, I called them yesterday and got the same BS answer as you..They said that the May 2, 3 and 11 batch was never sent out by the processor, when asked why, "chris" could not give me a reason...He assured me that it will get sent out in "the next few days" as it need to get "reprocessed"..Asked if using the same processor that didnt send it out ,,reply "yes". How reassuring, He even gigged to when I asked this..I said, "thats smart.seems like a reputable processing company.." Chris says "I can be sure to have my money in 3 weeks as it will be sent FEDEX."mmmmm isnt that what we paid 35 dollars like 3 month ago...Very reassuring...Says I may see it the check before this time but doesn't want to tellme that because if it doesn't,,doesn't want me to "call him a liar." mmmm yea I already got enough lies from the company, whats 1 more?? ...I emailed them and asked the "You told me that people were getting paid that cashed out the same time I processed,,Isnt interesting that they got paid yet you say that the checks were never processed." Their reply was generic,,Like yes people are getting paid, we are sorry for the "inconvenience" but the US laws have slowed down the process....Bunch of bullshat....

They told me that line about the US law...bla bla bla and I informed them that I am a US resident but have a UK bank account or they could mail it to a residence in the UK. I was then told it would take the same amount of time because of the way things are processed.
Personally I started the credit card dispute process and I would recommend everyone else does. They are just not going to pay, one day we are going to call and no one is going to answer.
Isnt there some sort of international or Costa Rican governing body that we can complain too, someone that can put pressure on them?

I have been waiting over two months for $2000.oo from these guys. One promise after another and nothing yet. They said it was sent by Fed Ex so Iasked for a tracking #. What a joke . That 35.oo was a waste. I have now contacted Verisign. Their logo is displayed on the site and one expects a certain amount of integrity when this logo is displayed. They called today. These places are rated by Verisign and I referred the fellow to this site so he could see how many people are getting stiffed. Next **** and ********** if I don't see any money by the end of the week. I'm fed up with these crooks
