Hey, Update...... Just got off the phone with them again. THis time they said they have received an e-mail from accounting that my money will be back in my account today around 7:00pm the latest. At that time they will then do a moneygram transaction for my payout. But stiil it seems like everytime we call they prolong things. Bruce said he is calling me back today either way. Will see if he comes thru. I doubt it very much. Either way its still BYE BYE BETUSSCAM.com

i just called them again for the 2nd time today and spoke with shawn again the same guy who called me this morning. he again assured me that when i call back at 7 like he told me to that i would get my reference number for my money gram. i said to him i hope i dont call back at 7 and they tell me they dont have it or everyone is gone ffor the day like they ususally do .???

Hey, That was my same worry but Bruce said he would call me and that he will be working there all night and early tomorrow. THis shawn guy answered the phone and said certain vip members are being accomodated with moneygrams but that he could not promise me anything. He sounded kind of iffy to me. I recommend you call him before like you said he goes away. I dont know about you but these snakes never gave me a call back before. So not sure why I believed them again. if they call u back..the only call u will get from betus is some dude asking for a deposit as far as that goes..Im keeping hope for u guys though,,I hope i am wrong as it means i might get to see my money someday too...When I told Peter I wanted moneygram he say they can only send out 5-10 per day,,Sound right??? Hey, Not sure if this helps, but I had e-mailed jim at OSGA a few weeks ago and this was his response: From the payout manager at BetUS:
"Steven's payouts have been sent. He should receive them by Monday."

I am 100% confident that BetUS.com is telling us the truth regarding your
payouts. So, you are looking at getting the check by the 28th. Though you
have been waiting long enough already - the money behind this book is still
solid and I can assure you that the payout will be received.

WOW, i just betus back like they told me to 3 times today to get my reference number for my moneygram. the 1st girl i talked to hung up on me, i called rite back and the 2nd guy hung up on me as well. i called back the 3rd time and the same girl answered and told me there was no moneygram set up for me today i told her to transfer me to shawn who i talked to 3 times today to keep reassuring that everything was good to go. shawn got on the phone and told me they dint send it through and he would work on it and call me back in ten minutes. what the F???? HES NOT GOING TO CALL BACK

HEy, UPDATE on BETUSSCAM.com:: No call from Bruce but he was there when I called and spoke to me. He said that he was just about to call me. yeah right. He said that he is sure that my money will be in my account by Monday and that on Monday he will give me a western Union tracking # so I can collect my funds. THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE I WILL GIVE THEM AND THEN I WILL call him monday threating to call my **** CARD and give them HIS NAME BRUCE and hopefully send him into retirement. If anyone does get paid before then let me know. I will be sure to give you guys a complete update on TUESDAY of next week being that I don't have access to a computer until then. WHAT we ALL need to do is on MONDAY after they tell us there is no tracking # for our payouts yet is to call and attack them.

We should constanly call every 5 minutes for as long as we can and just yell THIEVES for at least a good hour and just hang up. LETS do this about the same time after say 5pm EAstern TIME. ANd then call up at 6:00pm and see if we get any results from them. GOOD LUCK fellas. I'm signing out till Tuesday. I kinda figured that..I wonder if people are actually making bets with these guys?? the only people that would be are the ones who either (1) never cashed out (2) oblivious to the fact that they are not paying out..For our sake, I hope people are making wagers as its the only way we will see our money,,If they fold, we will fold..Obviously Im preaching to the choir,,but for some unknown miracle, maybe they will pay us..Obviously they know they wont get any more deposits from the ones they fuked,,but maybe they can get "newbies" or "chronic losers" to keep depositing...Haven't heard anything from OSGA yet. let u know

Guy's just so you understand from what has been told to me that only 1 or 2% of people who wager with these clowns atually kn ow about the forums so to be honest it does not make a difference what we do here, they will still bring people in with there 50% bonus, and now that that they have a few asians's working for them they are telling there Asian clients they are getting away from the US market and focusing on Asia, hope you guy's get you money however even if you get it I would tell you to run from these clowns, because i doubt they will be around at least for the US market after September. If you go to the partners section of betus's website they will let you know where a rep from the company will be, there always out looking for business. As an example this weekend betus reps will be at CAP spring break in Paraside Island.
How nice it would be to meet one of these guys in person.

I just called to ask for a tracking number and was told the processor has messed up everyone order again...that quacky processor you know how if is always messing up. It had to be redone today but not to worry I would have it by next week.

I just spoke with Albert too (i guess they like forwarding him calls). He told me now...10 minutes after I just hung up it would be 10 business days.
When I was on the line the phones were blowing up its 345pm est on a monday.
I wish there was something I could due!!!

i got a fed ex tracking number for my last payout of 3000...the money was first requested in march. then put back into my account in april. requested payout again on apr 23. contacted justin, eog, osga, kawahawkee gaming commission....and now finally looks like i am getting my last check....hope it won't bounce.

I'm talking about a sportsbook that has stayed the course..I mean they are the true meaning of integrity..They follow thier website to the letter re: payouts, cusomer servic,, u name it......We all know that is total BS but thought might get a chuckle.....I contacted OSGA and they emailed me back with a cookie cutter response..said that all of the sportsbooks have been experiencing delays in payouts. however since BETUS is a larger market and have more customers, this creates a longer delay..They are still trying to attempt to contact BETUS and get back with me.....anyhow , I emailed BETUS to find the latest lie,,,Well Christine from acct mgt said I woud have it this week fed ex...Well, guess what,,1 of a million lies from BETUS...I get a email response saying call them on FRI to get my FEX tracking number...what are the odds that I will really get a tracking number....30-1 shot,,if that...well that was my 2 cents worth. not much but felt good to share my misery
