    Moneybookers 'pro-gambler' account?
    Just a couple of question.

What is a pro-gambler account exactly? Does it mean that there are no transaction limits at all? How do I obtain one?

Also, does moneybookers have an email? I have sent a message using their message center but I haven't received a response.

    Thanks for all the help.

You only get that after they reviewed your account and decided to give you that status. You get it when you have many high volume transactions per month. Don't know the exact criteria.
    Try service@moneybookers.com or vip@moneybookers.com

Follow through all the verification steps that are stated on their page.
(ccard, bank accunt, address - they send you a code in envelope).
Your limit also rises quite significantly after first transactions.

Thats how I got my current 20k USD limit per 90 days.

I mailed them about how to increase my limits more and they were very responsive (yet not swift in their reply - that has always been MB's problem).

They asked for utility bill and copy of drivers license all scanned. Thats where I am now.
They promised that my limit would be 40k/90days after completion.

Taking into account how responsive they were I don't think I have reached the upper limit yet.

Don't listen to incompetent people who claim that MB's limits "are ridiculous". They are not. Just all the limit increasing procedures aren't stated on their web page but you have to inquire for them.

I can only tell positive things about my Moneybookers experience for now. Except pretty long response times (for financial institution) as I mentioned before and no livechat facility (now that would be helpful).

        Thanks guys for the tips!

I have briefly talked to them on the phone and it appears to be a slow process of building up limit but I guess that is the only way.

Unfortunately, I am looking for much higher limits but according to them it should take me about 2 month to get up to my desired limit if I follow their procedure.

I guess I will give that a shot, it appears to be the most straight forward alternative to Neteller.

I won't say how much, but much more than 40K/90 days.

Of course if I can avoid transfers with book-to-book options, then my transfers will not be that much.

I asked for an no-limit account and am just one step away from getting it. Just haven't had time to do the necessary stuff. They are slow, really slow but until now one of the more trustworthy companies I have dealt with reagarding gambling.

I suspect if you tell them you want a no limit account, agree to provide passport, license, utility bills, etc and wire $100,000 to them, they will approve you.

The problem is they don't take the US and only about 40% of books use them.
