The "risk" amount refers to the dollar (or other currency) value that you bet on the event (including the implicit "vig") and that you stand to lose if the event loses.

The "win" amount amount refers to the dollar (or other currency) value that you stand to win (in addition to having your initial bet refunded to you) if the event wins.

So if you wanted to bet $110 to win $100 you would place either 100 in the win box or $110 in the risk box. Easy peasy.

Should we discuss autoregressive betting patterns next?

The box on your left, the one labeled "Risk" represents what you could lose on the bet, while the box directly to the right of that, the one labeled "To Win", would represent the amount you could win.
