    Be VERY VERY WARY of BESTLINE
    Hi folks, Just like to share with you my frustrating experience with Bestline...... When the story keeps changing along the way, it definitely ain't a confidence booster yeah...

    As the story goes, when I asked for a bank wire on 18 Feb, I was told that it's better I cap my withdrawal amount at USD4,000 as the bank is auditing Bestline for the large transaction. Thus, I filed for a US$4,000 bank wire with a USD$50 fee. I was also told that this would take 2-4 days to reach me

    19th Feb, I was told that my withdrawal was processed and I would be receiving in 2-4 business days.

    20th Feb, I was told my another guy that my withdrawal wasn't processed yet as it was a Public Holiday in Panama and my withdrawal will probably go out on 21th Feb only. I was also told that there wasn't any issue with a withdrawal larger than US$4,000 and I can't amend my withdrawal amount as it has been sent for processing (I had more than US$8,000 and spliting it into 2 parts mean I have to pay an extra $50).

    And so I waited, and waited till 27th Feb. Guess what, they told me that the bank receive the funds on 21st but they only processed it on 23rd due to the holiday. But I thought the holiday was on 20th?

    And this is a quote from the customer service officer
    [Joey] It's coming from an account I don't have the exact banks name due to we use a various banks to perform the transactions if the funds are not there tomorrow we'll request that information for you.

    So again, I waited, till 28th Feb.... The money still didn't arrive and I asked again... and Hey Presto, something new
    [Nathan] actually that is the time frame that banks take to process international bank wires, up to seven days not including weekends, I do appologize for the inconvenience, you could actually still get it today, now, if you were in the states I have no doubts that the wire would be in your acct, pls be patient hopefully the funds will be in your acct within 4[Nathan] yes sir you filed on the 18th on the 19th we summitted the withdrawl, due to holidays here in Panama that wire went out on the 21st counting from that date... up to 7 business days, so I do believe that today would only be the fifth business day, like I said, it could take up to seven, hopefully it will be in your acct today, but as far as speeding this up, it is now out of our hands, if we could speed it up we would, remember as long as you are happy, we are happy.

    Do you guys think I am not going to see my money ever again??? This is incredible, just get new excuses on each session...

    Anybody like to tell me what else I can do?

    My experiences with them are that they will pay, but kick out pros really fast. That doesnt help much in your case thou hehe, but i think your money is not in danger here.

      Playing at these borderline books without neteller is not worth the hassle. A lot of these places got by on the float...

          Give it a few more days. Panama has this carnival deal that actually shuts the country down for days and I believe it is was last week. Not that that is an excuse but the holiday story isn't fabricated.

          A lot of the US-facing books are forming new relationships with processors and many aren't communicating with the books very well. The clerks make the mistake of guessing instead of trying to explain the reason for al the uncertainties.

            Bill, I received a bank wire from Bank of America, for USD400, just short of a zero that I requested from Bestline. And when I tried to check with Bestline's Joey, she said that this wasn't them. And at the same time, they can't even provide me with the sender's name and bank's name.

            I have tried with Pinnacle, and Bet365, and they are able to provide me with both sender and bank's name.

            I have no other USD bank wire pending at the moment, thus I suspect this USD400 could be from them... and somehow someone left out a ZERO.

            Can you talk to Bestline about this? I have been trying to tell them about this bank wire, but they simply brush me off, and asked me to wait, and at the same time can't furnish me with any information.

              It sounds like they did mess it up. Send an email to assistance@sportsbookreview.com with the dates, amounts and account ID. We will see if we can find out about the rest of your cash.

                This is a book that is trying hard to make a move in the chaos. Its challenging these days for the books to send funds but if they want to be a top book they need to keep their promises.

                  I spoke to the bank, it seems that they made a mistake and only sent out $400, but they did send out the remainder of $3600 the following day, you should be receiving that within the next 48hrs. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

                  [BL15502] so there's a difference of 10 times, so I am trying to figure out where is my money

                  [Joey] And the $380.00 isn't our transaction.

                  My conclusion at this point in time is, I obviously got the wrong person to help me. She didn't even check and deny that the transaction was theirs... It was US$380 as I didn't received there was a US$20 that has already been deducted by the sending bank.

                  So now, even if my remaining money comes in, I think I would only be getting US$3580 for I am sure the bank will deduct another US$20.
