With a large lead in that game , several key players were subbed off to use for todays league game. Mallorca , who have topped all pre season forecasts , are usually a solid defensive side. Today the travel to Madrid with a large hole in the middle of their formation. Misssing today are 3 key midfielders in Mascarell , Morlanes and Sanchez.

Its a big game for both, although in 2 different ways. Anderlecht are protecting a top 8 finish ( currently 7th ) and the automatic Bye. Hoffenheim will need to win and hope for a favourable goal tally just to grab a playoff spot @ #24. The one glaring issue for Hoffenheim has been a leaky back 4. Today , with a need for goals , manager Ilzer has a 3-5-2 formation. Perhaps Anderlecht are the more logical play @ 2.25 , i just see goals in this one.
