I personally think Bridges is vastly underrated, they gave up a ton of draft capital though, but this draft tonight is really weak.

Knicks had best sign Anunoby, they can't keep both Anunoby and Hartenstein.

If they don't re-signed Hartenstein it will all be for nothing. Get rid of Robinson if you want to cut costs ffs.

With all due respect to my Philly friends, I can't stomach all Philadelphia sports.
I'm biased though, being born and raised in NJ right across the Hudson River, 20 miles from NYC.
When I was kid, I was a huge Marty Brodeur and Devils fan, and I loved the J-Kidd NJ Nets team.

You could say I was bred in NJ but I'm just a crumb in New England.
              (That old gag)

Having said all that, three of my all-time favorite players played in Philly.
Ryne Sandberg, who played and coached the Phillies only for a couple of years.
Steve Carlton, the only better lefty pitcher that I've seen was Randy Johnson.
And the greatest third baseman of all time, Michael Jack Schmidt.

Yeah, I'm hardly a Knicks fan, has everything to do with that scumbag Dolan family.
In the late 90's I was working midtown in NYC when everybody got caught up in that 1999 season, even me.
Most of the sports pubs were packed in the city, it was electric.
Knicks barely made the playoffs; they were the last (eight seed).

                  That 1999 team heart!
Ewing, Alan Houston, Sprewell, Larry "Grandmama" Johnson, and the rest.

(Who else was on that 1999 team, could it be destiny)?

I totally respect Knicks fans, they're both hungry and loyal to a fault, and I place a very high premium on loyalty, like I mentioned, it's the Dolan's I abhor.

that 99 team was a lot of fun to watch. they were just overmatched in the finals against a well coached talented team. those games were low scoring as well.

Day after the Bridges trade was made official the Knicks became the second favorite behind Boston in the East to win the NBA championship next season.

                      East

                      Boston +290
                      New York +850

                      West

                      Denver +800
                      OKC +850

Nobody needs to listen to me. I gave a lot of NBA opinions this year. I'll have more Opinions in the Fall.

I was on the Knicks several times b4 people caught on. I'll give one basic opinion re: the Knicks. If Josh Hart = the starting Power Forward, Knicks can't win the East.

After Randle went down, Thibs tried to play a very small lineup. Hart did as well as he could. But it's a team weakness if he starts at PF for a contending team. Key loss = Mitchell Robinson (assuming he goes).

NBA salaries are insane. I'd go so far as saying that MOST of the players are overpaid (if that's possible). I don't at all look at Bridges being a game-changer.

The radio hacks are talking about trading Randle. That's a good idea. But his market value might be down...because THE TEAM PLAYED BETTER WITHOUT HIM!
Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?
