The team that scores the first run of the game ends up winning the game close to 70% - actually 68.9% - of the time. This is a common cliché that actually is often true. The team that scores first is most likely to win.

If anyone know of a site that breaks this down by team, please let me know. Something I definitely want to keep up with as the season progresses.

What will be more interesting if we can get the breakdown of how many teams score in the first inning for the first inning bet purposes.

I don't know how accurate this is
Many decades ago I was a pitcher in Little League, and many times my team scored first, but we lost the game
Some said it was my 12.79 ERA and the fact I served up meatballs like The Olive Garden to opposing hitters

Don't know, KLC. Some of the best comebacks were the Rockies in Coors:
*Baylor told em not to worry if they're down 6 runs. "This is Coors."
