Every reason not to think the Niners won’t have a bounce back spot here against the Lions but I love the explosive back combo against San Franz defensive front particularly in the zones. I can already see Jahmir Gibbs streaking down sidelines while Niners defenders trip over each other. San Fran will put up points and I am really hoping Detroit can control the line, punish Niners. Lions lack talent in the back end defending but they are still tough as nails and punish runners.



I really don’t like this bet and going against Mahomes but I’ll be watching the game with my good friend who is a Ravens fan and I just can’t root against him. Detroit is going run the ball down their throats with Gibbs and Montgomery. (one of the best combo of RB's in the NFL). I think Amon Ra ST.Brown is going to run circles around them and have a big day. Just like Love did last week with Green Bay and his WR's, I think Goff will be able to find some success as well and hit a few deep balls and explosive plays and that will ultimately be the difference in this game. (don't know if the Lions win outright although I think they are more than capable but definitely cover the spread)

Wait? the red hot Rams and the red hot Bucs weren't good teams?!! and the 49'ers were extremely lucky to beat the Packers. Green Bay was running circles all over them and if the WR's didn't keep dropping the ball the outcome would have definitely been different. and the Lions are every bit as explosive if not better than Green Bay on offense. Better WR's and definitely better running backs. I think both Montgomery and Gibbs will be able to break off chunk plays and yards in the ground game and then Goff will hit the weak San Fran secondary with some deep balls to St.Brown and that will be the deciding factor. and don't forget the Lions are #3 against the run this year in the NFL. all they have to do is contain CM (easier said than done) and then Hutchinson should be able to pin his ears back and tee off on Brock Purdy. Niners are a solid and legit football team, no doubt about it. but let's not discredit a damn good Detroit Lions team that is more than capable of giving them a ballgame and possibly winning this thing outright. or that very least cover the spread.

Is sf even that great? They peaked in Philly IMO. They should win today but if you look at there season they were great a few times but they don't seem to take advantage of what they have enough. Shanahan overcoaches in these big games. Detroit should be loose. Goff has played in this game before so no nerves. Should be a good one.
